Hannah Sauer

Short Biography
Hannah Sauer is a clinical pharmacy specialist for the Department of Global Pediatric Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Drake University in Des Moines. She completed her post-graduate residency training at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and a subsequent year specializing in pediatric oncology at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Before joining the GPM team, Hannah worked as a clinical pharmacy specialist at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, where she specialized in solid tumors and served as a pharmacy residency program director.
Since joining the Pharmacy team, Hannah has worked tirelessly on the launch of the Global Platform for Access to Childhood Cancer Medicines. She is eager to help grow the Global Pharmacy Transversal Program through development of pharmacy practice assessments, education and training, and networking opportunities. She is most grateful that this role allows her to merge her passions for advancing patient care, empowering pharmacy professionals and promoting education.

Julie Clyce is a Project Coordinator, Global Pharmacy for the department of Global Pediatric Medicine. Julie began her professional career as Assistant Director for the Pediatric Pharmacy Association (previously PPAG). After four years, she moved to the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) as a Program Coordinator beginning in Pathology and moving on to cover multiple residency and fellowship programs in the core Graduate Medical Education Office. She received her MBA during her time at UTHSC and chaired many different core committees and projects.
In her new role with the department of Global Pediatric Medicine, Julie is excited to help facilitate the training and resources needed to improve outcomes for children with cancer globally.

Camille Smith earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and brings over a decade of experience in clinical pharmacy practice, with a focus on investigational drug services, pharmacy operations, and sterile compounding.
Camille most recently served as Sr. Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for the Investigational Drug Services team at St. Jude, where she led efforts in protocol development, operational planning, and education for clinical research initiatives. Her work has included designing training and workflow strategies for clinical trials, optimizing medication-use processes, and contributing to institutional system implementations.
Camille is excited to support the growth of the Global Pharmacy Transversal Program through sustainable training and capacity-building initiatives. She is driven by a passion for health equity, systems improvement, and the opportunity to help strengthen the pharmacy practice across diverse global settings.
