SJCARES is a global analytics resource and surveillance system.

The St. Jude Global Childhood Cancer Analytics Resource and Epidemiological
Surveillance System (SJCARES) is a system for continually identifying, targeting and monitoring the vital health metrics that affect patient outcomes while simultaneously advancing the practical understanding of global childhood cancer epidemiology.

SJCARES embodies a new philosophy for capturing the data that hospitals and research groups in low- and middle-income countries need. SJCARES uses evidence-based tools that require limited data, allowing for maximum productivity by management teams. SJCARES will help establish global standards for comparison over time and between groups.

The six sets of SJCARES tools provide points of engagement for St. Jude Global Alliance member institutions and opportunities for collaboration with St. Jude Global and a broad range of stakeholders worldwide.

The ARIA Guide enables standardized adaptation of treatment to local environments and resource constraints. Registry allows monitoring of patient-level outcomes. PrOFILE enables assessment of the quality of the care that institutions deliver and prioritization of areas of opportunity. St. Jude Global Packages represent solutions for intervening and improving care locally and informing implementation globally. The Systems and Policies tool sets, respectively, support health system planning and prioritization and policy monitoring and analysis.
